Choose how your snippets expand

Inline expands as you type. Hotkey expands when you press your trigger key. You can switch any time in the app.

Execute your first snippet

1. Activate Lightning Assist.

2. Type ;hello in the field below — it expands instantly as you type. No hotkey needed.

Manage your Triggers

You can navigate to the Triggers page to customize your default trigger hotkey for Snippets or Terminal Snippets.
