How to Create and Manage Teams

  1. Go to My Teams - Open Lightning Assist and navigate to "My Teams" in the left sidebar.
  2. Create Team - Click "Create Team" and give your team a name (e.g., "Customer Support", "Development Team", "Sales").
  3. Add Members - Click "Add New Member" and enter their email address. Click "Add Member" to send the invitation.
  4. Share Resources - Create resources in your team's shared library. All team members can access and use these resources.
  5. Manage Team - Add or remove members, update team settings, and manage shared resources as needed.
