Teams & Collaboration: Share Text Expansion Snippets with Your Team
Lightning Assist Teams feature allows you to collaborate with your colleagues, share text expansion snippets, and maintain consistent communication across your organization. Create teams, invite members, and share snippets seamlessly.
What are Teams in Lightning Assist?
Teams in Lightning Assist are collaborative workspaces where you can share text expansion snippets with your colleagues. Instead of each team member creating their own snippets, you can create shared libraries of common responses, templates, code snippets, and more.
Teams help maintain consistency across your organization, reduce duplicate work, and ensure everyone has access to the latest snippets and templates.
